One of the best insulated side-hinged garage doors on the market. Every detail has been carefully considered and designed, built in the UK using only the best material. Dual steel skins bonded to a thermal core create thick insulated panels. Panels are mounted in specially extruded aluminium surrounds with a strong 50mm aluminium frame. All components are precision machined and engineered for superior performance and stunning good looks. UKCA marked and manufactured under our ISO 9001 quality system for safety, reliability and long-lasting performance.

As standard, every door has a robust handle, latch and deadlock with an adjustable keep for precise latching and an internal thumb turn for effortless operation.

Double seals to the door leaf and frame help protect against the weather and limit dust and debris entering your garage. A gasket between the door leaf frame and insulated panel further helps seal the door against the elements.

Pre-assembled in a 50mm colour-matched aluminium subframe for simple installation.

Door Stays included on all insulated doors.

The colour-matched hinges are adjustable in 3 directions, allowing for easy alignment of the leaves, should it be required. Concealed shoot bolts at the top and bottom of the inactive leaf hold the door securely in place.

Stainless steel pull handles are a sleek alternative to the standard lever handle and are supplied with a ball catch and deadlock.

Doors are finished in a beautiful ripple-textured finish. The internal side of the door is a smooth solid panel. Your door will be the same colour on the inside as selected for the outside.

The Whitacre window pane width has 175mm of visible glass. Stippled glazing is the Pilkington 'Contora' design. Other patterns are available on request if required.

Note:

50/50 door measurements:

For 50/50 doors the minimum width including the frame is 1600mm.

For 50/50 doors the maximum width including the frame is 2750mm.

For 50/50 doors the minimum height including the frame is 1600mm.

For 50/50 doors the maximum height including the frame is 2336mm.

Doors will open to 110 degrees when the door stays are fitted. If you don't fit the door stays the angle could be up to 180 degrees.

Frame sizes do not include fitting tolerances - this must be allow for if required.

Standard fitting tolerance would be to remove 20mm off the width and 10mm off the height.

Insulated Side Hinged Door Measuring Guide

PLEASE ENSURE YOU FULLY READ THIS 'MEASURING GUIDE' BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER! This is a made-to-measure door, once manufactured, cancellations or returns are not accepted.

Insulated side hinged doors are supplied with a pre-assembled steel subframe so the measurements you supply will be for the total width and height required including the frame.

Measure the structural opening of the garage door, take the width measurement in 3 places, across the top, middle and bottom and the height in 3 places. If fitting in-between you should use the shortest measurement for both width and height and then take a little more off to allow for fitting tolerance. Usually 20mm off the width (2x 10mm each side) and 10mm off the height.

Garage Doors - UK mainland delivery only, excludes certain Scottish Highland postcodes. Please ensure the road access is suitable for a Heavy Goods Vehicle and there is suitable space to park safely to offload your door.

We operate a 1 driver delivery service. Our driver will require assistance from someone able-bodied to help unload the door to an appropriate place which is not an excessive distance from the delivery truck.
