Smart Home App Connection kit

The Gliderol Smart Home app allows you to access your automatic garage door from your phone.

You simply plug the box into your garage door control box and then download the eWeLink app from your app store. Compatible with Android and Apple IOS.

Your garage door can then be controlled by your mobile phone anytime and anywhere. You can set schedules and timers. Supports voice control for Amazon, Alexa, Siri, Google Home & Nest.

Press the reset button for 5 seconds for the device to become searchable through Wi-Fi and then connect the device.

Tips to connect the Smart home app to your operator:

- You will need an extra plug socket next to your control box/operator to plug the smart app device in to.

- Download the eWelink App to your phone.

- Ensure you are connected to your WiFi with a 2.4ghz as like most smart devices it will not connect to 5ghz

- Before you connect the smart home device to the operator/control box, plug it in close to your router for the initial set up. This is because you need a better connection when the app on your phone tries to find the device. Once it is connected, a weaker signal is normally sufficient to operate the door. 

- As per the instructions supplied, put the device in 'discovery mode' by inserting a pin to press the reset button (see image above).

- Once your eWeLink app on your phone has found your smart home device you should now connect it to your operator/control box as per the relevant image above.

Please note you must set the motor limits as per operator instructions before connecting the smart garage door opener.

Garage Doors - UK mainland delivery only, excludes certain Scottish Highland postcodes. Please ensure the road access is suitable for a Heavy Goods Vehicle and there is suitable space to park safely to offload your door.

We operate a 1 driver delivery service. Our driver will require assistance from someone able-bodied to help unload the door to an appropriate place which is not an excessive distance from the delivery truck.

Garage Door Parts - are dispatched within 1 working day and delivered by DPD or Royal Mail.

Single Skin Roller Doors - usually delivered within 5 - 14 working days by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Insulated Roller Doors - usually delivered within 5 - 14 working days by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Up & Over Doors - usually delivered within 6 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Side Hinged Doors - usually delivered within 8 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Insulated Side Hinged Doors - usually delivered within 8 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Sectional Doors - usually delivered within 8 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Industrial Sectional Doors - usually delivered within 6 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Entrance Doors - usually delivered within 2 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Fire Doors - usually delivered within 4 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

Gates - usually delivered within 3-4 weeks by our inhouse team of delivery drivers.

All garage doors are made to order. Once manufactured cancelations or returns can not be accepted.
